As we increase our dependence on technology to stay connected, there has been a growing demand for specialists in ecommerce, cloud-based services, data mining, AI and other tech offerings. In such times, tech recruitment specialists, AIQU, wanted to reach out to a wider clientele through LinkedIn and build a digital persona that was matchless. Our challenge was to carve a content plan that caters to potential clients and candidates.

The challenges for tech recruiters have grown multifold with an increase in the number of organisations, startups and entities. There are more opportunities compared to the apt calibre of talent. Our main challenge was engaging a niche group with diverse backgrounds with communication that benefits both – the clients and candidates. We started by analysing both the TGs’ preferences and interactions on social platforms. We could not apply a “one-fit-all” strategy as communication to potential clients did not appeal to the candidates, and vice versa. This called for a bespoke content strategy that engaged, reached wider and got the right response.

We started by creating familiarity. This began by crafting inclusive posts on AIQU’s social platform. Candidates were targeted with educational and interactive content that helped them at every step of the recruitment process. We designed content that informed potential clients about AIQU’s processes, capabilities and market trends. As a result, the company’s unique strengths and inventive recruitment solutions were brought into play to devise the content. The common denominator to foster conversation and engagement was identified and that helped us go further. With modem design methodology and captive language, we created a content plan that stood out and got the attention.
